I am a psychotherapist based in Hertfordshire who works with couples and individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships. I completed a specialist 4-year postgraduate training at Tavistock Relationships, an internationally renowned organisation for couple psychotherapy, where I also work as a visiting clinician.
My approach is psychodynamic, which means I will think with you about how your past experiences have shaped who you are and may be affecting what is happening in the present. I also work with you to bring more deeply buried feelings to conscious awareness, enabling a greater sense of agency.
I am a fully insured, registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical framework. I attend regular supervision and professional development events to enhance my practice.

In addition to my clinical qualifications, I hold a PhD in Hydromorphology from the University of Worcester and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield.
